working as a facilitator

Dear Diary,

Yesterday was my first day working as a facilitator with yue ting, ryu, louis and bo yuan.. we went to the army museum.. lol.. we woke up so early la.. have to reach Ping Yi Sec at 9am.. which is located at Bedok.. actually on Mon we went for the interview and briefing and our manager say there'll be a more experienced facilitator partnering with us. But then sian diao.. on Tues when we went there.. it looks like we were like counted as the more 'experienced' facilitators as there were a lot of newcomers just like us.. but they were called to do the job last min..

We took sec 3 classes.. and I took the NA classes.. the class was horrible and super naughty! The form teacher even worse.. like didnt care about the class at all.. She gave the sulky black face throughout the whole journey.. -.- Then when we were about to board the bus, she like disappeared without any notice and left her class behind.. so we were like the last class to head off..

then inside the bus was even worse! think she disappeared to buy a packet of rice from the canteen for herself la! actually everyone was not supposed to eat on the bus.. cos they were given hotdog buns and water.. then the form teacher started to eat on the bus and didnt bother about her students.. then got one student's bun kena confiscated by her and she like didnt bother and like commanded me to pass the bun back to the student..-.-

Then when we alighted, my partner whom i just met, asked her whether is she the form teacher, and she replied like so 'bu shuang'..

anyway, the whole amazing race at the army museum was so messed up! i was one of the station masters together with my 4 other classmates.. then the qn booklets were so weird and some a bit no sense..

pity that I didnt get a chance to tour the whole museum cos' was stationed at the last station.. -.-

then the weather these few days super humid and warm!! really drains up all our energy.. last gonna fall sick again -.-

then the sch sucks.. the teachers like dun care one.. got one teacher even help his students play cheat by helping them do their qn booklet -.-

going home time, i sat on his bus cos' my bus left without me!! diao la.. they went off so fast without waiting for us!! >.<"" actually didnt want to go back with the sch de.. but louis went off alone..lol.. he so fast..

then on the bus back, the male teacher like earn no respect from his students.. he was like tooo friendly with them le.. and his students even made fun of him.. -.-

and worse still, when we finished and went off, immediately saw a few sec 3 students outside the sch, SMOKING!!!

anyway.. the exp was not really tat good.. sweating so much! and the worse is that the company dont give us free shirt.. the ugly orange shirt is like $10 deducted from our pay..so yesterday we only earn $20!

and only one shirt.. went home faster need to wash.. if want a second shirt have to pay $5! so cheapskate..

then this morning i woke up like 5am la! cos' we went to Beatty Sec and its located at Braddell.. have to reach the sch at 730am.. *yawn*

today we went to Singapore River.. also another amazing race.. but we took sec 2 classes.. this sch students and teachers were much better than the previous one la! the teachers were very good at disciplining the students and the students were quite cooperative.. but the bad thing was.. today's race super messed up!!

what i hate about this company is that they call ppl up very very last min.. like i met a friend who was called up like 2am!! or 12am in the morning to ask to work for today's trail.. -.-

and then today they didnt print enough qn sheets for the groups and my partner and i ended up copying down the 10 long math qns for the students.. we were located at the starting/ending poin which was at the Asian Civilisations Museum.. sian la.. then the person in charge like didnt care.. or at least help us to copy down too.. its their fault and responsibility.. and she just sat there with her HP and doing nothing together with another guy..

then the qn sheet got 1 qn with the wrong ans.. initially didnt realise and i marked like many sheets with a cross.. then after when i read the qns and realised they printed the wrong ans, I was like 'OH NO!'.. the students actually did correctly, but to make it fair to the previous groups, I just marked every group wrong.. even if their ans was actually correct.. i guess they wont really notice cos' all of them were very anxious to get the next clue to the next station..

then some classes got the wrong station clue.. cos' they seperate Express and NA with NT.. so some NA classes got the NT station clues.. -.-

so sian.. but at least i can experience facilitating a class.. and i think its really tough.. esp sec sch students.. very hard to control them!!

today super warm.. like going to burst soon..lol..

yesterday had a chat with Mr Lim on MSN.. actually i think going UK is really a good opportunity.. now i like have second thoughts about going to NIE.. cos' it means i will have to be a teacher for compulsory of 4 yrs.. I dont know whether do i have the perserverance or not..

but then my father is confusing me.. he kept telling me not to worry about the money cos' he can borrow from his company first.. then now tell me he like going to be broke le.. and like gonna die or something.. wakao!! say all these inauspiscious words to me make me more worried.. touchwood la!!

then he asked me whether is it worth to go overseas or not.. like when i return back, is it easy to find a job? if not I spend $100K for the 2 yrs and I come back jobless.. -.- if not go NIE become teacher? -.-

actually, what can i exactly do? aiyo!! why till now i'm still in a dilemma over my future?!

oh my tian!

i think i've wasted so much time thinking la.. but i still cant decide..

i love that song and that voice.. how i wish he was singing for me and not to me.. lol.. *dreaming*
