Dear Diary,

Recently, I borrowed an incredible book titled 'the one decision' by Judith Wright.. today i finished reading the 1st part of the book.. the 2nd part is actually a '30-day to your one decision' exercise.. which ihave to spend 30 days to make up my One Decision in Life.. lazy to do that, i read thru e exercises at one go..lol

anyway, its really an inspiring book.. i love to read books that motivates and inspires ppl, most importantly, self-improvement.. still trying my best to improve myself..though i know weakness are so hard to change.. cos' they've been a habit..

The book had made me a bit confusing though.. one thing was asking us to look for adventure in our life.. on the other hand, to look into your heart's desires.. adventure=go keele.. heart desires=don't go keele.. lol! contradicting mind again..

anyway, after spending the afternoon reading that book, I went to SGH alone for my jaw results checkup.. it seemed that my blood test and back xray results were pretty good.. previously blood test showed POSITIVE.. they were suspecting I had lupus disease or something.. but today's was NEGATIVE.. everything gone down.. quite happy.. but so confused.. anyway before seeing the doc, I was already so pissed off.. i was late for 14mins and I waited for 1hr for my turn.. for that 1hr, there were only 4 patients before me..

so it seemed that it's not the number of ppl.. but the efficiency of the doctor..

so weird.. everytime i see diff docs.. and today's was very obvious, a NEWBIE.. he didnt know how to see my xray results and asked another professor from the other room to come in and explained to us about the results..

so weird.. i asked them how come my jaw is still painful.. but they didnt give me a definite ans.. cos' mabe my case is one of a kind.. lol... then e professor prescribed me a medicine used for depression.. but then also can treat nerve pain.. hope after finishing the 56 tablets for 56 days, my jaw will recover..

so weird eating the medicine used for people with depression called 'amitriptyline'..

The doc say it may cause drowsiness, dry mouth.. i checked online.. and found that it may even cause severe weight gain.. OMG!!!

luckily the dose very light only.. 10mg..

feel so sleepy now.. after eating e medicine.. ZzZ..

anyway, after that, chiew hsia called me and chatted till i reached home..lol.. don't know this fri stll meeting up with M7 peeps or not.. so many not free suddenly.. haix..

then at 730pm went to meet the rest to celebrate Yi Jia's birthday today..

before i write what happened just now, I wanna wish Yi Jia a 'Happy 19th Birthday!!" =) today'sher first time celebrating with friends.. its indeed super memorable and happy!!

just now SUPER PAISEH!! I forgot to top up my EZLink Card.. then when i board e bus 119.. die.. no coins too.. only got 5cents.. then searched my wallet and found $2.. luckily.. so saw 2 ladies sitting down and asked them whether they had $2 change.. the younger lady only had 90cents.. just enough for the bus ride to Kovan.. and I gave her my $2 for 90cents.. actually i didnt mind cos' i was really relieved for someone so nice to help me.. =) never felt so relieved before.. but guess wad, the next stop they were alighting and the lady handed me my $2 back.. and said 'don't need'.. i was super shocked and touched!! Can't imagine in this planet, there's still super nice and friendly ppl around!! I thanked them and smiled happily.. lol..

i guessed its been a long time since i did something good to others too.. like doing charity or volunteer work.. I can still remember when I was a child, I love to give up my seat to others.. I enjoyed doing it.. but as I grew older, I rather sit down.. cos' to have grabbed a seat among the crowd, it's gd luck! lol.. -.-

so bad rite..

i must do more good deeds from now on!! =))

anyway, then met Yap Ben.. so funny we were on e same bus.. but he went upper deck.. didnt saw him.. cos I was chatting with Raymond on e phone..lol

then we bought strawberry with chocolate sponge cake for Yi Jia..

then Raymond, James, Jason, Angie and Yik Loong came shortly.. and we ordered food, chatted, laughed and joke and took pics!

so happy to go out with them!! =))

yea.. I enjoyed my day today! =))

Just now chatted with my cousin Luis on MSN and he gave me some good suggestions about going keele or not.. hmm.. i'll think about it.. thanks a lot!!
