Dear Diary,
Whohoo! Today I actually sat at the back of the lorry the 2nd time.. I still remember the 1st time I sat one was in Pri 2 or 3.. Early in the morning went out with my mum and her long-lost working friend.. her friend's husband was very kind to drive us to some building for a blood check up at Raffles Place. Then I had to sit at the back alone cos' both of them didn't know how to go.. mum had to sit with them to guide..
Sitting at the back alone was quite great.. except for one thing.. the stupid wind blew my hair till so messy! kept slapping on my face and eyes.. so in order to prevent it, I wore my specs.. Really looked like a mad person cos' my hair was so damn messy.. flying all over.. but quite fun. LUCKILY didn't rain man!! phew~!
anyway, we went to the building after a long distance walk cos' we were lost.. the place was so messy.. Then we went in to have a short blood test to check on our enzyme level or something.. then also had a great lesson while listening to what Dr. Yang and his examiners' explanation on our blood and health.. what they said were quite true..
They said I lack of lipase.. an enzyme to breakdown fats.. that explains to why no matter how I exercise, I won't lose fats.. but just lose water.. so in the long run, my whole body will become saggy..lol! -.-"" Then all my fats accumulate to my thighs.. haix.. argh!!
Hmm.. so in order to prevent this, the doctor told me to eat more raw veggys.. raw!! like salads and all as they have a gd amount of enzymes in it.. and eat them hours before exercising.. so it will help in the breakdown of fats..
So ppl.. next time for my birthday or any special occasions, pls buy me lots of vegetables.. raw one.. preferrably salads..lol!
The doc also say Im super heaty!!! which is very true! say my blood is very acidic.. so need to eat more alkaline food like milk, green tea.. lol..opps i mean drinks..
The weird thing is that i've been drinking green tea every day! and i mean every single day.. sometimes even drink 2 packets/day.. but don't know why still so acidic..
Must cut down on fried food.. meats.. they say too much fruits can become acidic too.. though some ppl believe that when you eat acidic food with an acidic body, it will become alkaline..
But still, eat everything in moderate..
They also say I lack of water.. that's why I feel so lethargic/tired easily!! Which is so true la!! I can sleep for like 12hrs per day and still feel so tired.. haix.. cos my body can't absorb water easily.. so in order to solve this, I must drink water by sip and not at one go drink the whole cup of water.. which I always do.. hahahaha!!
Anyway, I got to know that actually ALL veggys are CARBOHYDRATES! At first thought only cabbage and another veggy which i forgot are carbohs.. but today realised that ALL are carbos.. shocking sia~ hahahah
So cooked veggys actually contain lots of sugars.. so not gd..
So ppl.. next time dun cook ur veggys..lol!! Eat them raw and healthy~! with great pesticides and insecticides included* joking.. lol..
anyway, she said for my age, my blood is not really normal.. cos too acidic.. then say maybe cos' of stress.. ask me to relax more.. but im so relaxed now.. slacking everyday.. oh man.. im getting abnormal liao.. /.\

i want to eat raw vegg!!
anyway, today also realised how blessed i am.. cos' my mother's friend just got a liver transplant a few months ago.. she even showed us the 'mercedes-shaped' scar on her stomach.. hai.. really very saddening.. cos' she needs inject medicine into her stomach 4 times daily till it becomes blue-black and to go hospital almost everyday for check up.. hospital bills super high.. just like my father.. haix.. but really happy for her cos' she's very lucky.. some ppl didnt even have the chance to wait for the transplant.. or are still waiting for it.
